​Michelle is our Engineering & Technical Consultant, focusing on recruiting for permanent technical and senior roles. With over 10 years of experience in recruitment, she knows how to find the right people for the right jobs and helps candidates take the next step in their careers.

Michelle has lived in Australia and is now working on her first book about burnout, sharing her thoughts on work-life balance and how to avoid stress in high-pressure jobs.

Outside of work, she loves traveling, hitting the gym, and clay pigeon shooting. She’s motivated by financial success and the freedom to explore the world, making her a hardworking and driven part of the Candour Talent team.
