Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated Electrical/Electromechanical Systems Engineer to support or lead the design of electrical and electromechanical systems for heavy-duty mobile equipment. This role involves component selection, harness design, assembly design, and cross-functional collaboration on control systems including hydraulic, mechanical, and software elements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical/electromechanical systems, ensuring accurate integration and timely completion of modifications and new designs.
Prepare project estimates, schedules, and cost targets while monitoring project status and reporting progress to management.
Participate in design reviews and verifications, ensuring compliance with design requirements through drawing checks.
Produce necessary documentation, including electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and technical manuals.
Provide assembly, testing assistance, and troubleshooting to maintain production and delivery schedules.
Utilize 3D CAD systems, specifically Siemens Solid Edge, NX, and Teamcenter, to create and revise designs.
Assist assembly, test departments, and field service technicians as needed.
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent industry training.
Proficient in 3D CAD systems; experience with Siemens Solid Edge/NX preferred.
Knowledge of PLC-controlled systems and software.
Strong PC skills and ability to work in a diverse environment
