Job Title: HGV Class 2 Sweeper Driver

Location: Newport, South Wales

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Shifts over 7 days dependent on requirements, avg 55hrs per week

Salary: £12.50 Per Hour

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Sweeper Drivers to join our well-established client based in the Newport area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established plant hire company.

Job Description:

• Cover clients along the m4 corridor with site cleansing. Various shift length. Each job has booked hours and if done in less, you're paid for the booking per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• To carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
• Ensure good driver compliance and use of tacho
• Follow site requirements inclusive of D&A testing

Requirements:

• Class 2 licence
• Full CPC
• Digi Tachograph
• Min 2 years experience HGV Driving
• Blue/Green CSCS and sweeper experience
• NVQ in Roadsweeping and Gully Sucker Operation.
