Job Title: Production Operators

Location: Merthyr Tydfil

Employment Type: [Full-time/Ongoing]

Working Hours: 7am til 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am til 1pm on a Friday

Salary: £11.44 an hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where you will be a key part of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the smooth running of the production line.
• Catching, folding, and banding paper blankets efficiently.
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
• Following health & safety guidelines at all times.
• Supporting other team members as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage but not essential.
• A strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
