Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant

Location: Blaenavon

Employment Type:6 Month Contract

Salary: £25,500

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our well-established client based in the Blaenavon area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established company.

Job Description:

To be a successful candidate you will have the ability to work under pressure, being able to multi task several jobs at a time to achieve the desired results for the site

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in the management of stocks with the Materials Manager and wider team

Assisting in the invoicing for The Logistics department

Despatching orders

De-hiring of pallets and reconciling stock

Order processing / time management of order

Booking in time vehicle time slots

Liaising with external providers

Spreadsheet management

Obtaining POD's

Assisting the Supply Chain Department in all areas

The successful role holder will need to have good systems aptitude , as well as a professional attitude, strong IT skills, good communication and presentation skills.
