Job Title: Accounts Payable Support

Location: Bridgend

Salary: £25k-£26k per annum - Permenant

Hours: 39 Hours per week (Mon - Thurs 8am - 4:30pm, Fri 8am - 3:30pm) (30 min lunch)
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Support to join our well-established client based in the Bridgend area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Manufacturing company.

Key responsibilities :

• Support Accounts Payable Administrator along with other members of the team
• Process Supplier Invoices into the system
• Reconcile Supplier Statements
• Identify and resolve invoice queries
• Manage supplier correspondence via email and phone
• Support with the Month-End processes
• Take care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing.
• Undertake any other reasonable requests as directed by management

Essential Skills:

• Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office packages and computerised accounting systems
• Attention to detail
• High level of accuracy and efficiency
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be passionate and driven to work for a growing company.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Accounting procedures and principles.
• Experience of working in a similar finance role
