Job Title: Accounts Payable Support
Location: Bridgend
Salary: £25k-£26k per annum - Permenant
Hours: 39 Hours per week (Mon - Thurs 8am - 4:30pm, Fri 8am - 3:30pm) (30 min lunch)
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Support to join our well-established client based in the Bridgend area.
This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Manufacturing company.
Key responsibilities :
- Support Accounts Payable Administrator along with other members of the team
- Process Supplier Invoices into the system
- Reconcile Supplier Statements
- Identify and resolve invoice queries
- Manage supplier correspondence via email and phone
- Support with the Month-End processes
- Take care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing.
- Undertake any other reasonable requests as directed by management
Essential Skills:
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office packages and computerised accounting systems
- Attention to detail
- High level of accuracy and efficiency
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be passionate and driven to work for a growing company.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Accounting procedures and principles.
- Experience of working in a similar finance role
