Job Description:

Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies:

• General maintenance person required.
• Driving licence is ideally required due to occasionally travelling between sites
• Carry out trade based activities
• A general 'can-do' attitude
• General refurbishment experience preferred.

You must live within commutable distance to Swansea as you will be office based.
