Job Title: Production Operative

Working Hours: 40 Hour Week Monday to Friday

Salary: £12 Per Hour

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 7am til 4pm and Friday 7am til 1pm

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our well-established client based in the Swansea area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Manufacturing company.

Job Description:

To assist with the manufacture with all products. To operate, set and program machinery as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner.
• To carry out maintenance and cleaning of equipment when required.
• Fault find and report any defects or problems
• Contributing to daily targets
• To carry out all quality control checks as required.
• To ensure the production area is kept in a clean operative state.
• Ensure that the Health & Safety requirements of the Company are met at all times. Identifying any potential safety issues.
• Any other duties that may be required.

• Good communication skills
• Machine setting experience
