Monday to Thursday (6am - 2pm)

Friday (6am - 12pm)

Monday to Thursday (2pm - 11pm)

Friday (12pm - 6pm)

Salary: £11.50 Per Hour

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our well-established client based in the Chepstow area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Manufacturing company.

Job Description:

To assist with the manufacture with all Products. To operate, set and program machinery as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner.
• To carry out maintenance and cleaning of equipment when required.
• Fault find and report any defects or problems
• Contributing to daily targets
• To carry out all quality control checks as required.
• To ensure the production area is kept in a clean operative state.
• To provide cover in other areas of production when required.
• Ensure that the Health & Safety requirements of the Company are met at all times. Identifying any potential safety issues.
• Any other duties that may be required.

General Duties:

• To understand and ensure the Health and Safety requirements of the Company are met at all times and reporting any potential safety issues to the relevant personnel.
• To ensure that all activities are operated in accordance with Equal Opportunities legislation, and Best Practice.

Requirements:

• Good team worker
• Pro-active
• Good communication skills
• Machine setting experience
• CNC experience (desirable but not essential)
