Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join our well-established client based in the Newport area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Manufacturing company.

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers. Your key focus will be to increase customer spend by:

• Reactivating historical accounts
• Maximising spend on current accounts
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities

You will connect with customers via telephone, email, and LinkedIn, ensuring a proactive approach to sales while working towards set KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact customers to generate sales and meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers
• Reactivate dormant accounts and encourage repeat business
• Meet and exceed KPIs to contribute to the company's growth

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service (preferably in a B2B environment)
• A confident and persuasive communicator with a strong telephone manner
• Goal-driven, with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using email, LinkedIn, and CRM systems
