Main Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximise revenue, share of wallet, and profitability.
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into profitable partnerships.
Collaborate with internal departments such as production, customer services, and supply chain to align activities with business goals.
Prepare and present tailored proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs.
Oversee the sales process and manage all required digital and on-site meetings.
Achieve and exceed KPI-based sales targets through innovative solutions and effective negotiation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
Proven experience within the food industry and working with retailers.
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
