Job Title: Electrical Fitter

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Salary: £14 - £16 DOE

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Electrical Fitter to join our well-established client based in the Bridgend area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Aerospace company.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in electrical fitting techniques following electronic schematics.

This role involves the assembly of components, ensuring that all work meets the highest quality standards.

The Role:

• Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools and power tools.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics accurately.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in electrical fitting is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations are essential.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow technical instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Preferably Qualified with C&G and or NVQ in Auto electrics or equivalent
