Job Description:

Injection Moulding Operations:

• Focused primarily in the APA 3 Injection Moulding Area.
• Operate and set up injection moulding machines to meet production targets and quality standards.

Experience & Expertise:

• Previous experience in injection moulding is essential to this role.
• Strong understanding of moulding processes and troubleshooting techniques.

Independence & Motivation:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.

Quality Focus:

• Quality-conscious with a keen eye for detail.
• Ensure all products meet strict quality control standards before dispatch.

Attendance & Reliability:

• Must have a strong track record of good attendance.
• Dependable and punctual, contributing positively to the team environment.
