Job Title: Paint Sprayer

Location: Bridgend

Working Hours: Monday to Friday days

Salary: 28,000 - 33,500 DOE

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join our well-established client based in the Bridgend area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Aerospace company.

Role Objectives:

To use paint/body experience, and sound judgment to complete assigned paint requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Paint according to the specifications.
• Complete assigned Lean initiatives including 5s activities.
• Troubleshoot problems, identify, and communicate discrepancies.
• Complete required paint documentation including paint logs and check sheets.
• Control and move painted parts to the next process verifying they meet the specifications.
• Recommend improvements to paint procedures.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner and keep all employees aware of dangers in work area.
• Practice good housekeeping in work area.
• Follow Safety, Health, Environment, and Hazardous Waste rules and responsibilities.
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• College qualification minimum Level 2 Car paint sprayer, vehicle paint sprayer, body shop worker, paint technician.
• Typically has three or more years auto paint and body experience.
• Experience with prep, final paint of heavy machinery required.
• Ability to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment
