Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Bridgend

Employment Type: Temporary ongoing

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:30am - 5pm

Salary: £12.82

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our well-established client based in the Bridgend area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Distribution company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers directly either electronically or by telephone, responding promptly to customer enquiries

  • Processing customer orders

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries; communicating and coordinating with internal departments

  • Perform customer order checking and production verification

  • Process orders, relevant forms, applications and requests

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of enquiries, comments of complaints and action taken

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to interact successfully with other disciplines to seek out solutions to problems

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word

  • Strong ethics, values and the ability to influence others' decision making
