Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Bridgend
Employment Type: Temporary ongoing
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:30am - 5pm
Salary: £12.82
Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our well-established client based in the Bridgend area.
This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Distribution company.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers directly either electronically or by telephone, responding promptly to customer enquiries
Processing customer orders
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries; communicating and coordinating with internal departments
Perform customer order checking and production verification
Process orders, relevant forms, applications and requests
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of enquiries, comments of complaints and action taken
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact successfully with other disciplines to seek out solutions to problems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word
Strong ethics, values and the ability to influence others' decision making
