Candour Talent has an exciting opportunity for a Night Cleaning Supervisor to join our prestigious client in the Bridgend area.
Pay rate:
£14.00 per hour
Main purposes of job:
Ensuring the factory equipment and machines are cleaned, in accordance with appropriate instruction and procedure, and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the smooth running of all cleaning duties and to ensure all duties are carried out.
Manage schedules and cleaning staff
Cleaning of all machines and equipment prescribed in the schedules provided by the technical department.
Cleaning of all factory areas: walls, floors stairs: sweeping, mopping floors,
Report any issues to the Hygiene or Technical Manager.
Reporting of maintenance issues to the Hygiene Manager and Maintenance Manager immediately.
Completion of appropriate paperwork
Ensure health and safety requirements are always adhered to in respect of themselves and others.
To ensure correct workwear is always worn.
To correct and comply with any audit points directed by the Hygiene Manager.
Carry out the use of air blowers to clean harder places and ensuring the correct procedure is followed when using the air blower.
