Job Title: Tele-Sales Representative
Location: Tredegar, South Wales
Employment Type: [Full-time/ Permanent]
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday
Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Representative to join our well-established client based in the Tredegar area.

Job Description:
To contact existing and potential customers through tele-sales activity and record activity in HubSpot.
Experience required:
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Essential skills:

Good knowledge of Hubspot and telephone systems (ie, Aircall)
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
An ability to embrace change and adapt to business requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable skills / experience:
Ability to speak English
Ability to speak Germany (if required)
An understanding of medical devices
Main tasks:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed - setting appointments as required
Enter and update customer information in Hubspot Job Description Page 2 of 3 V2 (October 2023)
Process orders in an accurate manner - progress to Quotation via Hubspot workflow
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Continuous improvement on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of campaigns
Measured success to be monitored with delivery against impact - daily, weekly and monthly Reporting
