Candour Talent Recruitment is looking for a Skilled Labourer to join a well-established company in South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in building, repairs, maintenance, or general construction who wants to step into a professional commercial environment and progress their career.

If you're someone who enjoys getting stuck in, solving problems, and taking pride in quality workmanship, this role is for you. You'll be working across multiple sites, handling a variety of repairs, maintenance, and installation tasks while ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service.

✔️ Carry out general building maintenance and repairs, from roof to ground level.
✔️ Work across various trades, including basic carpentry, plastering, groundwork, fencing, and general fabric maintenance.
✔️ Respond to reactive and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and safely.
✔️ Assist in measuring up and assessing work requirements to help with quotes.
✔️ Keep tools, materials, and company van organised and well-maintained.
✔️ Work professionally and politely in client-facing environments.
✔️ Follow all health and safety guidelines when working at height or with equipment.

🔹 Hands-on experience in building, construction, or general maintenance.
🔹 Willingness to learn and progress within a professional environment.
🔹 A proactive attitude - someone who takes pride in their work and gets the job done.
🔹 Ability to work across multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, groundwork, fencing, general repairs).
🔹 A professional and polite manner, as you'll be working on client sites.
🔹 Full UK driving licence (Essential) - must be over 21 to drive a company van.
